Experience the uniquely designed and architecture of an underground Winery Cellar built into a hill.

12:30 am

Flat Rock Cellars

Learn about how to design an eco-friendly winery from the ground up. Meet owner Ed Madronich and hear his architectural winery story

2pm – 4pm

Spend some free time and grab lunch in the beautiful town of Niagara on the Lake

4:30pm

Southbrook Winery

Explore the first winery building to receive the Gold level of LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). The famous Southbrook blue wall was created by Diamond & Schmitt Architects.

5:15pm

Stratus Vineyards

Enjoy Learning about how Stratus became the first building in Canada to receive LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the Canada Green Building Council and the first winery worldwide to fully achieve this designation

7pm – arrival in TO in Liberty Village
