Try this inspired Negroni recipe from Sylvia Fountaine’s Feasting at Home
Blood Orange Negroni
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce freshly squeezed blood orange juice
blood orange slice, and zest
Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice, gin, Campari, vermouth, and blood orange juice. Stir well, or shake, and strain into a small ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a thin slice of blood orange, floating on the top,
Rub rim of glass with zest.
